Construction here is done, after some lengthy nonsense involving the plumber’s poor handling of paperwork and the City’s worse handling of its own survey and water mains. C’est la vie. Inspections are passing (fire, electric, sprinklers, water, etc) with a couple left to go.
And, in today’s low interest rate world, the owners are going to keep ownership. No more sales.
Perhaps the good news if you live in LIC is you can now rent into it.
