Rockrose Development Corp. has negotiated a 10-year lease for its six-level, 217,368-square-foot parking garage at 47-05 Center Blvd., Rockrose’s 31-story, 394-unit rental apartment tower on the East River waterfront in Long Island City, Queens.
The Rockrose-owned facility will be operated as by Little Man and Enterprise Parking. Little Man has been operating the facility under a management agreement since the building’s opening.
Howard Greenberg of Ace Capital represented Little Man and Enterprise Parking.
Rockrose was represented in-house by Patricia Dunphy, Senior Vice President. Attorney Ivan Moskowitz, of Schiff Hardin assisted in the negotiations.
Built by Rockrose in 2007, 47-05 Center Blvd. is a full-service residential building in the formerly industrial area of Long Island City now known as Queens West. The building contains a rooftop health club and spa, a 35,000-square-foot roof deck, and common areas designed by the Rockwell Group.
