L Haus, with the lovely green exterior overlooking the Pulaski Bridge and skyline, is nearing the goal line. They sent out a mail announcing they are 80% sold and that the recent deals have been pricing around $692 per square foot (which means prices 1-2 years ago were discounted from that level). They were at 60% sold 1 year ago, so that progress is solid. So good for them!
A bunch of two and three bedrooms left. Hello, families?
And good for owners in LIC –> prices even at the big, more value-oriented condo projects are at $700.
