Harley Joseph (pictured) has been canned from his job as a high school janitor after allegedly offering a high school student “as much money as she wanted” to suck on her toes, the New York Daily News reports.
The 29-year-old maintenance man at LaGuardia Community College in Long Island City, Queens, was canned in February. On three different occasions Joseph reportedly offered to suck the girl’s toes in return for giving her cash.

Here is a chronology of Joseph’s attempts, as reported by the Daily News:
The victim, a student at Middle College High School, which is on the LaGuardia campus, said that Joseph first approached her in November 2011 and asked her for a lunch date.
The girl refused and wasn’t bothered by the stocky janitor again until February, when he cornered her on a campus patio and asked her if she had “nice feet,” investigators said.
Then Joseph made a sick proposition, offering her $100 to “allow him to suck ( her) toes,” investigators said.
She refused, so Joseph took out his wallet and offered her “as much money as she wanted,” investigators said. When that offer was rebuffed, too, Joseph allegedly offered to take the student to an ATM, where he would withdraw even more cash.
She said no again, and Joseph turned violent, grabbing the girl by the wrist and leading her to a place “where no one would see them,” according to investigators.
It was after the third time that the girl reported the incident. But, after cops learned that Joseph had been transferred to another school, the case was dropped. LaGuardia Community College hires janitors via a private contractor, Perfect Building Maintenance, that began working with the college in 2008.
Joseph was hired though the same company. While a spokesperson from LaGuardia said that the company does do background checks, they would not confirm whether Joseph got one.
When the Daily news approached the sacked janitor at his home, he had no comment. Given the accusation, one cannot be too surprised that he chooses to remain silent.
