I wanted to let you, and your readers know, that there will be an Obama Campaign office open in LIC this weekend. We will be working out of the BCTGM Local 3 Union Hall, which is located at 41-07 Crescent Street (one block north of Queensboro plaza.) The office hours are be 9AM-9PM Saturday November 3rd thru Election day (November 6th.)
While NY is a solidly Democratic state, NYers can have a big impact on the Presidential Election. We've been working out of the LIC office for the past two weekends: launching buses to Philadelphia, and calling voters in Swing States to remind them to Get Out and Vote. All are welcome.
