First-place Curtis got a scare from fourth-place Long Island City, but the Warriors were able to hold on for a 10-9 PSAL Bowl division boys’ lacrosse win on Monday in St. George.
Mike Ravelo led the way with four goals and two assists and Dylan Hunold added three goals and one assist for the Warriors (10-1). Mike Vescera chipped in with two goals and an assist and Brandon Antoine had the final goal.
Alejandro Tobon made 16 saves, including six in the final quarter.
