TF Cornerstone’s 45-45 Center Blvd property

Luxury living in Long Island City is in demand.
TF Cornerstone, which started leasing its 45-45 Center Boulevard building last month, reported yesterday that 30% of its apartments are gone. The 41-story luxury building commands sweeping views of the East River and Manhattan.
The 820-unit building is comprised of 173 studios, 364 1brms, 250 2brms and 33 3brms. The lowest priced studio costs $2,300—while the most affordable 3brm goes for $5,390.
“With more than 230 residences already leased … 45-45 Center Boulevard is redefining amenity-rich New York City living in Long Island City,” said Sofia Estevez, Executive Vice President of TF Cornerstone Inc. “The rapid pace of leasing thus far demonstrates yet again that Long Island City is one of the city’s strongest and most dynamic residential markets.”
The building offers tenants plenty of luxurious amenities, include 50,000 sq ft. of outdoor amenities on its seventh floor terrace. Those amenities include a beach volleyball court, two tennis courts, a reflecting pool, dog run, sprawling lawn, and sun deck with BBQ grills.
The building also has a fitness center, indoor parking garage and a children’s play center with both indoor and outdoor playgrounds.
This building is TF Cornerstone’s fifth high-rise on the Long Island City waterfront.
