Murray Park North LLC acquired the industrial building at 1135 45th Ave. in Long Island City, NY from an individual owner for $5 million, or about $976 per square foot.
The industrial building was delivered in 1947 on a quarter-acre in the Northwest Queens submarket of Queens County. The property was delivered vacant, and the buyer will redevelop the site.
