Law360, New York (November 19, 2013, 4:40 PM ET) — Brooklyn-based developer Rabsky Group plans to build a 44-story residential building in Long Island City, according to a permit issued Friday by the New York City Department of Buildings.
The developer, led by mogul Simon Dushinsky, will build 415 new residential units at 29-32 Northern Boulevard in the Queens neighborhood, according to the DOB permit.
The building will also include commercial space on the first floor, in addition to amenities including bike storage, parking, a fitness center and a pool.
