That didn’t take long.
A new four-story Long Island City luxury condo building has completely sold out just one year after hitting the market.
From studios starting at a mere $395,000 to a two-bedroom penthouse that snagged a cool $1.58 million last month, all 27 units were unloaded on buyers with lightning speed.
The building is the third that the real estate brokerage firm Modern Spaces has filled in Long Island City in less than a year, according to its chief executive officer.
“Looking back to when we opened our first office in LIC in 2008 and sold out the neighborhood’s first luxury residential building, The Powerhouse, it’s incredible to see the transformation of the neighborhood since then,” said Eric Benaim, chief executive of Modern Spaces.
“Everywhere you look there are new shops, new restaurants and beautiful new architecture,” added Benaim.
Developer Shuster Development also built The Badge, Ten63 Jackson and One Murray Park elsewhere in Long Island City.
