A three-unit condominium building, located in a mixed-use Long Island City property at 5-41 47th Road, is now leasing. The property, which is being marketed as 5 Fortyone, will include three-bedroom, three-bathroom units with their own “fully appointed and landscaped private outdoor living spaces,” according to Modern Spaces, who is handling marketing of the property. Robert Wilkanowski Architecture is designing the refashioned property.
The building is divided into a 2,040 square foot garden duplex, a 1,616 square foot penthouse triplex and a 1,596 square foot penthouse triplex. This means that the so-called penthouse space takes up two thirds of the building. The kitchens will offer a wine cooler, a Bosch dishwasher and a Viking gas range. The units are decked out with pale grey wide plank hardwood floors.
Occupancy is slated to begin in fall 2014, according to BuzzBuzzHome. [BuzzBuzzHome] – Claire Moses
