One of many new residential building rising in Long Island City (and the only one with bright red terraces), the 21-story, 421-unit rental tower known as QLIC, has revealed a whole bunch of renderings and floorplans via its website, which were then spotted by Brownstoner Queens. The renderings display, among other things, some of the more exciting aspects of QLIC’s 28,000 square feet of amenity spaces, including a rooftop pool, cabanas, a roof deck with an open-air theater and barbecue, a landscaped courtyard with a fire pit, media lounge, game room, gym, etc. There are also renderings of an apartment, as well as a lot of sample floorplans. No word on the pricing yet, but that can’t be far off.
