Ekstein Development’s 86-unit, nine-story project in Long Island City was approved last May, but now it’s finally on the move. The Court Square Blog spotted renderings on the site with construction looming.
Demolition on the project wrapped up in 2014, and it will entail 68,145 square feet of residential space when completed. Ekstein acquired the four combined lots that the building will rise upon in 2013 for $13.34 million. Amenities will include parking for 17 cars, bike storage, and a resident lounge.
