World Wide Groupalso behind one of 57th Street’s uber-pricey towersis developing the building where apartments start at $2,026 for studios, $2,285 for one-bedrooms, $3,595 for two-bedrooms, and $4,593 for three-bedrooms. Apartments are currently being offered without a brokerage fee and with one month’s rent on the house.
