The Long Island City condo competition got a little bit stiffer this week, as Factory House joins the gang of giant new buildings pedaling million-dollar condos. The new build, developed and designed by Rising Developers Group, first made its official entrance onto the scene just last week when a batch of renderings for its one- to four-bedroom apartments were released. Leading up to the building’s sales launch, Factory House has kept a low profile and maybe that has something to do with how it is quite literally rising in the shadow of massive new rental building Linc LIC, which is just across the street.
Factory House tenants will have access to the building’s outdoor landscaped terrace, library lounge, gym, and children’s playroom. Its four duplex penthouses, which have yet to be released, will each have private rooftop space.
