Starting August 1, tenants will be able to move into Aurora, a 132-unit luxury rental located atop the Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Long Island City, and leasing is now underway on those apartments where rents start from $2,570 for a one-bedroom apartment.
The 30-story tower that both the Marriott Hotel and the rentals are located in was developed by G. Holdings. Apartments range in size from one-bedrooms to three-bedrooms, and some of the standout features in these units include floor-to-ceiling windows, solar shades, wide plank oak flooring, and nine-to-11-foot tall ceilings.
Two-bedrooms in this Handel Architects-designed project start from $3,650, and three-bedroom from $5,100.
Amenities available to tenants include a rooftop sun deck, a fitness center, a communal laundry room, and a residents lounge. The building overall also comes with a retail component, and a public parking facility, apart from the hotel. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling the marketing and leasing on the project.
