Long Island City, N.Y.—Apartments featuring awe-inspiring views of the Manhattan skyline are now being leased at Aurora, a new 30-story, 132-residence mixed-use luxury rental tower in Long Island City, N.Y. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has been appointed to exclusively perform the marketing and leasing functions at Aurora.
Designed by Michael Arad of Handel Architects and developed by G. Holdings, Aurora offers floor plans that range from one- to three-bedroom configurations. Apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, nine- to 11-foot ceiling heights, wide plank oak flooring and solar shades.
Kitchens deliver pure white quartz countertops; Bertazzoni stainless steel gas ranges, ovens and stoves; Bosch built-in dishwashers and paneled Liebherr built-in refrigerators.
