Tishman Speyer’s massive Long Island City rental complex, Jackson Park, is now just a month away from its leasing launch, and with that the developer has shared a host of new interior renderings for the project.
Comprised of three towers—a 42, 44, and 53-story building—the development will bring 1,800 new apartments to the neighborhood, which now outstrips the rest of the United States in terms of new apartment construction.
The new renderings released today reveal the development’s plethora of amenities: a 1.6-acre park, and the five-story amenity clubhouse, which comes with a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness center, and a residents lounge, among other features.
“In keeping with our tradition of creating sophisticated living and dynamic work environments in the world’s top markets, Jackson Park is destined to become Long Island City’s most desirable address,” Rob Speyer, the CEO of Tishman Speyer, said in a statement.
Pricing on the building’s 1,800 rentals has not been revealed yet, but leasing is expected to launch in November, and one of the three buildings will be ready for occupancy by the end of the year.
